Creative Cultural Entertainment (CCE) Company led by CUSV Co-Chairman Huang, Mr. Corey Redmond, and Mr. Adrian De Leon participated in China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce hosted New Urbanism Opportunities Forum in Beijing. During the Forum, CCE discussed its cultural and creative contents as a solution for commercial real estate projects in suburban development to draw foot traffic and tourism in out-skirt areas of mega urban centers like Beijing and Shanghai, both with populations of 25 million and 35 million respectively. CCE also presented projects utilizing well-known Hollywood intellectual properties in building entertainment attractions in places like Shanghai Expo Area and Chongqing Tourism Hub that not only have infrastructure to support high foot traffic but are already popular destinations for many visitors.
