U.S. Executives' Visit to Beijing (2013)
A 60-person U.S. delegation consisting of top executives from different industries visited Beijing TongZhou District Government, Beijing Daxing Government and its economic development zone. The group also toured and received informational sessions from Beijing University (PKU) and ISoftStone, which is a leading IT company in China. Ms. Chen, the head of GE Healthcare in China and Mr. David Cao, the deputy director of long range planning for China Development Bank, spoke to the group. The group also attended a business exchange event that featured top Chinese executives from Chai Tai Group (owns 50% of Walmart in China and brought KFC to China), Chow Tai Fook Jewelers (number one jeweler in China), and Little Swan Restaurant Group (top Chinese fast food chain in China).
